Studio Space

Currently, no studios are available. Please call Jennifer if you wish to be put on a waiting list.

LynnArts rents inexpensive artist studio space in our arts center at 25 Exchange St.

  • within walking distance of the commuter rail line
  • all studios have 24 hour access
  • studios at LynnArts are wheelchair accessible, have access to a standard elevator and parking
  • studios range in size from 100 to 650 sq. feet (depending on availability)
  • all utilities are currently included
  • all studios may be shared, though LynnArts requires only one name on a lease as well as a three month lease signed to move in. There after, tenancy is based on month to month
